LABYRINTH
All over the world people are discovering that the ancient practice of walking labyrinths not only solves problems, but also soothes the nerves, calms the soul, mends the heart and heals the body.

SOUND
Experience the resonance and feel your cells move with the vibrations from incredible instruments like quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, the handpan, the ocean drum, the gong and so much more! Sound with meditation is such an incredible source of medicine for the mind, body and soul, simultaneously.

REIKI
Reiki works on many levels to enhance all aspects of life. It helps to trigger the mind and body’s natural healing abilities and reduce stress while improving sleep and overall health.

RHYTHM
Experience the energy of a Rhythm Class. Connect with yourself and others while creating music with drums, shakers and other instruments from around the world. This class creates space for you to release stress, play and have fun!

MOVEMENT
Would you describe yourself as being a mindful person? Are you mindful about what you are doing? Are you mindful about what you’re saying to others? Are you mindful about what you’re saying to yourself? Breath work, meditation and stretching will combine with an array of movement speeds and levels to help us become more aware of our thoughts and movements as we journey through life.

Expressions was founded in 2014 in order to provide classes that support and foster positive change, personal growth and healing for all people. Expressions offers a variety of restorative and supportive wellness classes to improve and help maintain your physical, emotional and social well-being.
