Throughout this class we will focus on mindfulness and what that looks like in your life. Breath work, meditation and stretching will combine with an array of movement speeds and levels to help us become more aware of our thoughts and movements.
Stretching and movement with mindfulness is powerful medicine for the mind, body and soul.
