Throughout this class we will focus on mindfulness and what that looks like in your life. Breath work, meditation and stretching will combine with an array of movement speeds and levels to help us become more aware of our thoughts and movements.
This experience can shed some light on how we can better support our mind, body and soul as we journey through life.
