Breathe, stretch, move, create &

listen as we go within & learn to

connect with ourselves & others

through wellness techniques like

rhythm & sound circle, tuning forks,

vision boards, breathwork, labyrinth

walks & learning about tuning the

rainbow within.

Ages 8 +

No experience necessary.

$20 per youth, per class
