​Tuning forks were in fact used long before it became a mainstream healing technique. These calming tools create sonic vibrations to help tune the body and encourage areas that feel tense or painful to relax and heal. The frequencies created promote deep relaxation, assist with anxiety, stress, and headaches, while creating clarity, awareness and overall emotional balance.

Breathing practices allow us to move from our usual sympathetic "fight or flight" state of being into a parasympathetic state (regulates rest and digestion function).
